You are bitter and smart! And dead on, capturing three different types of bad managers. But let’s be honest: for every bad manager archetype, there is at least one corresponding flawed employee.

Managers are a necessary evil. It’s unfortunate that so few organizations provide any real training on how to manage, as if it’s something that everyone just automatically knows how to do. Also, honestly, a lot of peopel aren’t cut out to be managers (no matter what training they get) and a lot of organizations do a bad job of figuring out who is and isn’t cut out to lead people.

There’s a cool book called "Throwing The Elephant: Zen and the Art of Managing Up" (i.e., how to manage your managers). The writer is pretty funny — I think you’d enjoy it. But hey, I’m a manager, so you really shouldn’t trust anything I say! ;^)

Ha! My boss is this old lady that's sweet at times then this wicked witch at others. She always tells us "If you have any questions, please let me know." but if we go to her with questions she goes into details about EVERYTHING "well its very easy "insert big words here and Law Codes". All we can do is look at her with this dumbfounded expression and nod our heads! lol
