I am looking for some feedback rating my resume?

After coming out of the military I have set my sights towards a future in a career with endless opportunities. I’m looking for a company that is highly organized and not only focused on its goals but also its employees, knowing that through them their company will flourish. I am looking for a position in a competitive area that puts my naturally competitive nature to good use. I am seeking employment with a fast paced and forward moving company, one that will give me the pride of knowing I was an integral part of their success. I have become a professional at working in groups, guiding and leading personnel and taking orders and objectives by supervision and accomplishing them. You have alot of problems with your resume.
1.) You have employment gaps of several months. For example..What did you do between 08/2004-09/2005? You need to explain every gap.
2/) You do not stay in a job very long. Any hiring manager will see this and wonder how many weeks or months you will stay in the job.
3.) Accent your Education above your work record. You may want to eliminate jobs such as Taco Bell from the resume.
Overall, the resume shows you are going down in the world, not up.

You might want to explain why you only stayed at some of the jobs a few months… employers don’t look favorable on that point.
